Founded in 1987 by Mark Downing, Granite State Mechanical Services has provided professional installation and service of heating, cooling, and plumbing products for New Hampshire's homeowners and businesses for over 30 years. Throughout the course of 3 decades, we've learned a lot and still to this day continue to innovate to always make sure we are arriving to a customer's home as the Service Specialists™. As we look to the future we are excited to have Mark's son, Zak a fresh graduate from The University of New Hampshire, join the family business. Zak has been working alongside Mark since the young age of 5 years old and is excited to enter the family business full-time. We look forward to the next 30 years to continue on the special traits that has made GSMS the trusted choice for many NH homeowners and local businesses.
