Formed in 1980, the Alzheimer's Association advances research to end Alzheimer's and dementia while enhancing care for those with the diesease.
Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Hampshire grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strenght, and joy.
